Unidentified Trends

Because of the growth of immigration and diversity in the United States, there are a lot more people affecting retailing and other markets. This has called for a lot of retailers to modify the things they carry, such as food and even clothing. Even in Wal-Mart there is a section dedictated primarly to the Latino community, carrying food and drinks that are transported here from Hispanic countries and regions such as Mexico and South America. Clothing companies even change the things they carry, such as colors and sizes. However other things have to be taken into mind, such as the cut of the clothing since so many woman have much curvier body types then the ones the clothing is designed for. Also companies have even made clothing prices more affordable for people who want to be stylish but doesn't have the money. Even though all these things have been identified, there are still things that have been left out and as retailers there is a lot we can do to improve those things.

Hey! Glad you found the blog topics easily enough.

We definitely agree with your blog when you say that there are a lot of things that retail can improve. The first thing you learn in a fashion class is that fashion creates an identity. The industry needs to make a variety of different lines so that the variety of people in this world (who aren't all tall supermodel shaped people) can create their identies, too.
